Why?

The legal basis for collecting and saving personal data is the company’s purpose of

• marketing, selling, delivering, managing and developing of coaching, leadership programs and other consulting services,
• management of customer realtions.

What?

Primarily the data is received directly from the customers, but information is also collected from publicly available sources such as company websites, internet, news and professional networking services.

Data saved consists of information like names (such as company and contact persons), addresses, websites, email addresses, phone numbers. Also information about the customerhsip, contracts, orders, invoices and other transactions are saved.

The website www.perspectives.fi uses cookies and analytics (Google Analytics). Cookies are managed through Cookiebot. Users can give and withdraw their consent. Analytics may collect anonymized IP addresses, page views, and device information.

Information that the coachee gives during coaching sessions is confidential and can be shared with a third party only on agreement. Notes from coaching sessions are taken on paper, never consist of sensitive information or the coachee’s full name. No AI-tools are used during or after coaching sessions.

For how long?

Customer data is stored for as long as is necessary considering the purpose of the processing. 

Who has access?

The company uses some subcontractors, for example for accounting. The external service providers may store some customer data on their own servers, that are protected and managed by the provider.

Personal data is not regularly transferred outside of EU/EEA.

Only the entrepreneur herself has access to systems and notebooks containing personal data. 

Your rights?

As a data subject you have a right to inspect the personal data concerning yourself that is stored in a register, require rectification or erasure of the data, provided the request has a legal basis.
