Life is not a game, still we play – at work, at home, in our minds. Through coaching you understand the rules, so you can decide on how to contribute.

In short: Others’ expectations, your own intentions, set and reach your goals

A work process that can be verified in the form of measurable goals. The goals are first discussed with the coachee, then decided on together with his or her manager. The goals can be about business knowledge, change leadership, communication methods and self-leadership, for example.

The Narrative Big Five analysis serves as a basis for the development of work methods. Decision about the number of coaching sessions is taken when the definition of the targets is clear. The coachee does homework and creates a final report that is reviewed with the manager at the end of the coaching process.

The Narrative Big Five analysis can serve as a basis for the coaching process. Decisions on the number of coaching sessions can be made during the course of the work. The coachee does homework and can receive quick advice by e-mail or by phone in between coaching sessions.

A systematic work process to help a job seeker to:

  • identify her och his skills and ambitions in working life
  • create working tools (LinkedIn-profil, CV, application text)
  • find both advertised and hidden vacancies
  • prepare for interviews and tests
  • negotiate terms (salary, holidays, benefits etc.)
  • successfully start in the new position

A slightly deeper way of approaching issues of mission, vision and strategy – in one’s own life or in the company. This working method can be used both individually and in groups, privately and at workplaces.

Existential coaching is a reflective and free way to process questions about meaning, mission, change and communication, for example. Theories formulated by researchers, philosophers and psychologists that have an existential approach provide methodological framework.

The coach facilitates the process based on the situation that the client or the group is in. Before each session, the coach and client(s) agree on which topic to start from. At the end of the session, the client or group summarises what new insights have been gained, and how to use them in practice.

Barbro has a professional ability to expose people in a positive way. With existential coaching techniques, I went deep inside myself to see the light. In addition to material and old habits, there is so much positive in life. I've got a sharper focus, more energy, and a deeper awareness of what is essential. We only live once, so we should enjoy every day. Humble thanks for the coaching.
